At Tommy More, we take the academic success of our students very seriously. (After all, it's the main reason why you're here.)
The College welcomes students from all academic disciplines. So you can be fairly sure that there will be other students living alongside you who are studying the same or a similar course.
The great thing about college life however, is that you'll meet students from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines. We pride ourselves on our diversity and value the learning that stems from this diversity.
From years of experience, we know that not everything will go smoothly for all of our students. And we also know there's a number of things we can do to help when things go awry.
You might need some extra tutoring in a particular subject; so where possible, we'll happily arrange a tutor for you in the evenings - and help see you through that difficult patch in your studies.
Don't underestimate the important role your fellow residents will play in your academic progress. Having friends and neighbours who are studying the same courses as you, and senior students who have been there before you and know the ropes, provides you with a great informal network of your own. It's one of the many things that College living does so well.
