We are delighted that you are considering living at Tommy whilst studying at university.
Your first year at Uni can be pretty daunting. New faces, new ways of working, and the looming deadline of an important assignment are just a few of the things you can look forward to. So, at Tommy More, we take care of the day-to-day things so you can concentrate on your studies and enjoy your social and sporting life.
You’ll have your own fully furnished room – with internet access – and we’ll take care of mundane things like cleaning. You won’t have to cook as the College provides three delicious meals a day for those in the standard rooms, as well as lots of spacious indoor and outdoor recreation areas.
Resident Advisors take responsibility for the wellbeing of students in their wings and they are very approachable. Many of our students tell us the College is just like one big family. Our staff are always there to help you whenever you need support or advice – and they’ll go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You’ll also find a great support network in your fellow students.
We look forward to receiving your application and helping you settle into university life.
With kind regards
Within the first few weeks of staying at College it became clear to me this wasn’t just a communal living space – I was part of one, big Tommy family. Life at Tommy has been the perfect transition from attending a regional high school to university in Perth.
What makes Tommy different?

Our College program and facilities are here to nurture you as an individual. We want you to reach for the stars, and fulfill your dreams, and look back at your university days as the best time of your life. And we are here to help you make it happen.
Residents at Tommy more have the opportunity to undertake a number of leadership and development programs, and if you’re struggling with your studies, we will arrange a tutor for you, at no extra charge.
Unlike other Colleges, acceptance at Tommy is not academically-based. We are about the whole student, not just their studies. But, we do want all students to reach their full potential, and have the support to get you there.
