Supporting our students through COVID-19

Mental health, as well as student connection remained a priority, as students received access to initiatives that included online yoga classes, Zoom fitness challenges, mental health workshops, as well as increased academic support.

Wellbeing

Inhouse yoga, emotional health workshop, fitness challenges and more to help students manage their anxiety and remain fit and healthy.

Connection

Ensuring there were still many touch points and avenues for connection within the College and that students who temporarily returned home were still included within College life.

Academic Support

Ensuring students still have access to tutoring and other academic support where needed.

Health and Safety

Regular (sometimes daily) email updates to students, along with signage and disinfectant of public spaces (that were still permitted to open) three times per day. Significant shifts in catering procedures for student safety.
